Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of multiple industry verticals
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
