Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive talent
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnel
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven success metrics
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification a plus
