Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand positions in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent Phoenix Staffing Solutions at industry events and job fairs to expand our brand presence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience with proven placement track record
- Expert knowledge of Phoenix's job market and key industry sectors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presence
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and social recruiting tools
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with KPI-focused performance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Arizona driver's license and willingness for occasional client site visits
