Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and permanent positions
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates across San Antonio
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and ATS systems to identify passive candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews and skill assessments to ensure optimal match
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales and business development activities
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and ensure compliance with labor laws
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven staffing, recruitment, or agency sales experience
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Valid Texas staffing license or ability to obtain immediately
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Deep knowledge of San Antonio's job market and key industries
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
