Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and skilled trades
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using our ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and market demands
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Drive recruitment metrics including fill rates, time-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque's job market and talent landscape
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with reliable transportation
