Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in Oakland's business community
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for pipeline management
- Collaborate with sales team on business development initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Oakland's job market and talent landscape
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
