Responsibilities
- Sourc, screen, and interview qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using cutting-edge ATS tools
- Analyze market trends to identify new talent pools and opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record meeting KPIs (billings, placements, retention)
- Expert knowledge of Columbus OH job market and talent landscape
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-SPHR or CIPD certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
