Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in high-demand roles across Tampa Bay
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for healthcare, tech, and finance positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: interviews, offers, onboarding, and retention
- Develop strategic partnerships with 50+ Tampa-area client companies
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) for maximum efficiency
- Analyze market trends to position candidates competitively
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placement speed and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or agency-based HR
- Proven Tampa Bay market experience required
- Expertise in healthcare, IT, or finance staffing preferred
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- Unmatched communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage 20+ concurrent placements
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSP, or SHRM-CP) a plus
