Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final onboarding.
- Screen and interview applicants to ensure a perfect match for job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Coordinate local job fairs and recruitment events in Long Beach.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent pools for specific sectors.
- Process payroll documentation and ensure full compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job orders simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Long Beach area.
