Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for temporary and permanent placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data and track job orders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and industry trends.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
