Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire roles across various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs and business challenges
- Manage candidate pipelines through our ATS system, ensuring timely communication and exceptional candidate experience
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks for all candidates
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent in Fresno's competitive market
- Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve quarterly staffing metrics and client satisfaction goals
- Stay current on labor market trends and industry regulations affecting the California workforce
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of placements
- Strong knowledge of Fresno's job market and key industries (agriculture, healthcare, logistics, tech)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Detail-oriented organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
