Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-permanent roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social platforms to identify passive candidates

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement quotas
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment techniques
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
