Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and administrative sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and ensure timely placement compliance

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach's local job market and industries
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines while maintaining quality standards
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
