Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and permanent roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across Columbus
- Develop recruitment strategies to meet urgent hiring deadlines
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews and negotiations
- Utilize ATS systems and digital platforms for talent acquisition

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in a Columbus market
