Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using cutting-edge recruitment technologies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to candidate placement
- Develop strategic partnerships with Tampa-area businesses to understand hiring requirements
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies including social media recruitment and talent mapping
- Track KPIs and optimize recruitment processes for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- Strong understanding of Tampa's labor market and industry demands
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Relevant HR/recruitment certification (SHRM-SCP, CTS preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license for local client meetings
