Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for urgent client positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from application to placement
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring workflows for maximum efficiency
- Represent Premier Talent Partners at industry events and job fairs
- Stay updated on San Diego's evolving job market trends and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of San Diego's tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
