Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver solutions
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to track metrics and optimize processes
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and referrals
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Oklahoma City's business landscape and talent market
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Relevant degree or equivalent certification (SHRM-SCP preferred)
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven, high-volume environments
