Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various staffing positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate outreach, and screening.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent within the Oakland market.
- Conduct effective client meetings to understand hiring needs and match candidates accordingly.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms to secure top-tier placements.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client support throughout the onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets in a fast-paced agency.
- Strong knowledge of the Oakland and Bay Area job market is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.
