Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across specialized industries using advanced Boolean searches and networking strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including client consultations, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for urgent high-volume hiring needs
- Leverage CRM systems and AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment efficiency and candidate matching
- Develop strategic partnerships with key industry influencers and professional organizations

- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with demonstrable success in high-volume hiring
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment with specialization in at least one high-demand sector (tech, healthcare, creative)
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
