Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and source passive candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking).
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with client job requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our active requisitions.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing market insights.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the onboarding process for successful placements.
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of our hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions within a staffing agency environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-starter with a 'hunter' mentality and a drive to exceed monthly placement targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
