Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Identify and recruit qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Interview Process: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide top-tier talent solutions.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Fort Worth area.
- Networking: Actively participate in local job fairs and professional networking groups.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Organization: Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and candidates efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
