Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using ATS platforms
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for urgent client requirements
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for 30%+ fill rates
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with proven track record
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of Philadelphia's job market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to close high-volume roles
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment analytics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with same-day turnaround needs
- Valid driver's license for client meetings across PA/NJ region
