Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various industries using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active job seekers in the Miami area.
- Nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic workforce solutions.
- Close placements and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidate progress and maintain data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
