- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment cycles for high-demand technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers
- Leverage cutting-edge sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities
- Conduct rigorous technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate competency and cultural fit
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with hiring managers at leading Bay Area tech companies
- Optimize recruitment workflows using Greenhouse and Lever ATS platforms
- Develop innovative diversity sourcing initiatives to build inclusive talent pipelines
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through transparent communication and exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on Bay Area tech placements
- Proven track record of closing 15+ technical roles monthly in competitive markets
- Expertise in full-stack engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML recruitment domains
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search strings and BooleanX recruitment methodologies
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent industry credential preferred
- Demonstrated success with diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite and VP-level executives
