Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clients in healthcare, tech, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and background verifications
- Develop client relationships through regular consultations and needs analysis
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Drive temporary-to-hire conversions with 85%+ success rate
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency or corporate staffing/recruitment
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise in Philadelphia's job market dynamics
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and social recruiting
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
