Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for urgent client positions using advanced sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, niche job boards, and industry events
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with proven track record in staffing agencies
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Strong knowledge of Seattle's tech, healthcare, and engineering job markets
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
