Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding

Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with proven track record
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing techniques
- Strong client management and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Experience placing technical or healthcare professionals
- SHRM-SPC or CERS certification a plus
