Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings in Houston's key industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR departments
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with exceptional candidate experience focus
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and executive positions
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job advertisements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience in Houston
- Proven success in filling technical roles (IT, engineering, healthcare)
- Expertise with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever)
- Strong network within Houston's professional community
- Ability to prioritize and manage high-volume urgent hiring needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
