Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume client assignments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hiring managers
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with EEOC and staffing industry regulations
- Mentor junior recruiters and drive team performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing technical, finance, or healthcare roles
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Strong network of Chicago-area professionals
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent assignments
- Results-driven with measurable KPI achievements
