Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier passive candidates across Boston's competitive job market
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles in IT, finance, and healthcare
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with 20+ Boston-area employers
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-person client meetings at Boston's financial district and tech hubs
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using ATS analytics
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional candidate matching
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expertise in sourcing tech/finance candidates in Boston's competitive market
- Strong network of Boston-based professionals and HR contacts
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn ATS systems
- BA/BS from a Boston-area university or equivalent experience
- Ability to commute to downtown Boston office 2x weekly
