Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent client assignments
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Leverage CRM systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnels
- Conduct virtual interviews and skill assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Develop innovative sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries (healthcare, tech, finance preferred)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation required
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 85%+ fill rate history
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and ROI
