Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments ensuring perfect role-candidate alignment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding with precision
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage ATS and CRM systems to optimize recruitment workflows and reporting
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement quotas
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency/corporate recruitment experience with proven track record in high-volume hiring
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry-specific platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex compensation packages
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
