Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for high-demand positions across Nashville's thriving industries
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted outreach
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including client consultations, job requisitions, and offer negotiations
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and client requirements
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in candidate engagement and market trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record in high-volume hiring
- Expert knowledge of Nashville's job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with C-level executives and entry-level candidates
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and sourcing tools
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification a plus
