Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand tech roles including software engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Build and nurture strategic client relationships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging startups
- Leverage ATS systems to track KPIs, manage workflows, and optimize recruitment processes
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling employer branding campaigns
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven success in staffing agency environments
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find tech talent across multiple specializations
- Proficiency in modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and CRM systems
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated placement rates above 85%
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification strongly preferred
- Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced settings
- Deep understanding of Chicago's tech ecosystem and talent landscape
