Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings across IT, healthcare, and engineering fields
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job postings to interviews to onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) to track candidate pipelines and metrics
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job advertisements and employer branding campaigns
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success placing candidates in technical or healthcare roles
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with candidates and clients
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple urgent deadlines simultaneously
- Deep knowledge of Albuquerque and New Mexico labor markets
