Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for high-demand technical and professional roles
- Build and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients in Phoenix metro area
- Leverage LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking to source passive candidates
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and deliver customized solutions
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and ensure 95% fill rate for urgent positions
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and AZ labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing technical candidates (coding, engineering, data)
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license for client site visits
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, quota-driven environment
