Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries with 90%+ fill rate targets
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer negotiation for high-volume roles
- Develop deep client relationships through regular business reviews and strategic talent mapping
- Mentor junior recruiters while optimizing team KPIs including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to stay ahead of market talent trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven success metrics
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both candidates and C-suite clients
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis talent market and regional industry dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Track record of exceeding placement targets in competitive markets
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with multiple concurrent searches
