Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier candidates across multiple industries using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume technical and executive roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic staffing consultations
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to tap into passive talent pools
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes for efficiency
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth initiatives
- Represent the agency at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven track record in technical roles
- Expert knowledge of Atlanta's talent market and major industry hubs
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) with data-driven approach
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with 90%+ offer acceptance rate
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional communication with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding quarterly KPIs
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional client site visits
