Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for high-value clients in finance, tech, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies' HR leadership
- Source and vet A-tier candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and market intelligence
- Lead complex contract negotiations while maintaining compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable talent acquisition insights to clients
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining a personal recruitment pipeline
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion and cross-selling
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical/staffing recruitment with proven NYC market expertise
- Exceptional track record placing candidates in finance, SaaS, or healthcare sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills with contract value exceeding $500K annually
- Industry network of 500+ active candidates across target sectors
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification preferred
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent search assignments simultaneously
- Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives in corporate environments
