Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse industry clients including healthcare, tech, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Leverage ATS systems to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic recruitment insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate setting
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in high-volume environments
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry networks
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification highly desirable
