Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools to track candidate progress.
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and talent pools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for client meetings).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
