- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify staffing needs for our diverse client base.
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from client consultation to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future job orders.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
