Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for our client base.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
- Negotiate offers and close deals with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends in Los Angeles.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (or equivalent drive).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
