Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific workforce needs and culture fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate interviews efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide strategic hiring advice.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage offer letters.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
