Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming communications, including emails and phone inquiries, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems for the department.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in the preparation of client contracts and other essential administrative documents.
- Support the office manager with ad-hoc projects and daily operational tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in administrative support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for high-performers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Must be available for immediate start and able to commit to a temporary contract duration.
