Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier talent across finance, tech, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from client consultations to offer negotiations
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
- Maintain 95+ candidate satisfaction through personalized onboarding support
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed quarterly placement targets
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives for inclusive workforce solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience in NYC market
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Deep network of passive candidates across key industries
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
