Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Design and implement complex, scalable full-stack features using React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- API Architecture: Design and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to ensure high performance and security.
- Database Management: Design efficient database schemas and optimize query performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- CI/CD Implementation: Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) to automate deployment processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve critical production issues with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend Expertise: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Urgency: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines in an agile environment.
