Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of Windows workstations and laptops.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all service tickets and IT assets.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and security checks.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot network connectivity and printer issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and report on equipment needs.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service for all internal and external users.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Eagerness to obtain IT certifications (CompTIA A+ is a bonus).
