Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations across 200+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM deployments
- Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for network and security incidents
- Execute OS migrations and software lifecycle management
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cloud team on Azure AD integration
- Conduct weekly system health audits and performance tuning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expert knowledge of Windows OS deployment tools (SCCM/MDT)
- Active Directory and Azure AD administration skills
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
- Strong network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Immediate availability for onboarding within 48 hours
