Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and enterprise applications
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Deploy and configure new workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN
- Document all IT procedures and maintain asset management records
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Support audiovisual equipment for conference rooms and presentations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AD and Intune
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and enterprise-level security protocols
- Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site equipment pickups
